Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.
Modifications: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of changes.
Book Publishing Services
You warrant that your manuscript is original, does not infringe on any copyrights, and contains no illegal content.
We reserve the right to refuse service for content we deem inappropriate, defamatory, or violating intellectual property rights.
Publishing timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and client responsiveness.
Book Editing Services
Editing services include developmental editing, copyediting, and proofreading as specified in your service agreement.
While we strive for perfection, we cannot guarantee error-free manuscripts. We recommend additional proofreading after layout formatting.
Client approval is required at each editing stage before proceeding to next phases.
Book Marketing Services
Marketing results may vary based on market conditions, genre, and audience receptiveness.
We cannot guarantee specific sales numbers or bestseller status.
Marketing campaigns require client-provided materials (author photos, bios, etc.) by agreed-upon deadlines.
Author Website Development
Clients maintain ownership of website content but grant us limited rights to display work in our portfolio.
Websites require client-provided content (text, images) within specified timelines.
Ongoing maintenance and hosting fees apply after the first year of service.
Blog Writing Services
We retain the right to display published blog content in our marketing materials.
Clients warrant that provided topics and references do not infringe on third-party rights.
Revisions are limited to the number specified in the service agreement.
Client Rights: You retain full copyright to your original manuscript and content.
Company Rights: We retain rights to any proprietary methods, templates, or processes used in delivering services.
Third-Party Content: Clients are responsible for obtaining permissions for any third-party content included in their materials.
Publishing Packages: 50% deposit required to begin work, balance due before publication
Editing Services: Payment plans available; final files delivered upon full payment
Marketing Services: Monthly billing or project-based pricing as agreed
Late Payments: Accounts over 30 days overdue may incur late fees and service suspension
Editing Services: Cancellation within 48 hours of project start qualifies for full refund. After work begins, refunds are prorated based on completed work.
Publishing Packages: Deposits are non-refundable once pre-publication work begins.
Marketing Services: Monthly services can be canceled with 30 days written notice.
Provide complete manuscripts and materials by agreed deadlines
Respond to queries and approvals within reasonable timeframes
Ensure accuracy of all submitted information
Maintain backup copies of all materials
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for services
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or unpublished works
Clients assume all risk associated with book sales and market reception
Parties agree to mediate disputes before pursuing legal action
Virginia law governs these terms and conditions
Legal actions must be filed within one year of the claim arising
We may terminate services if:
Client breaches these terms
Non-payment of fees
Unreasonable demands or harassment of staff
Illegal or unethical content discovered
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Internet outages
Supplier failures
Pandemics or government restrictions
